AMERICLUB ("AMERICLUB," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.americlublabs.com (the "Site"). 2. Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect the information you choose to submit through forms on the Site:
- Notification list: your email address, and optionally your name and the products you are interested in, plus your consent to receive updates.
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Orders (when available): once ordering opens, we will collect the details needed to process and ship your order, such as your name, email, shipping address, and order contents. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our Site.
Information stored in your browser. The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart, and session storage to remember that you completed the research-access confirmation for your current visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
3. How we use your information
- To notify you when ordering becomes available, if you joined our notification list.
- To respond to your questions and messages.
- To process, fulfill, and support orders once ordering is available.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent spam and abuse.

- Legal reasons: when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of AMERICLUB, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: if AMERICLUB is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Email communications
If you join our notification list, we will email you about ordering availability and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting americlublabs@gmail.com.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Notification-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer maintain the list. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records. Order records will be kept as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
